Returns & Exchanges

We hope you will love everything you get from Gilden Tree, but if you would like to return or exchange something, you can request a Return Form within 30 days of order receipt. 

Please email your Order Number and a list the items you’d like to return and/or exchange to customerservice@gildentree.com.

CONDITION:  Items must be unopened and in new condition for a full product refund. (Robes, Gowns and Towels can be opened to try for size, but must not be washed or used. Washed or used items will be refused.) 

SHIPPING: Sorry, there are no refunds on shipping either way. For returns and exchanges, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost, but for exchanges, we will cover the cost to ship the replacement item to you.

RESTOCK FEE: We may charge a 20% restocking fee at our discretion, if extensive inspection or repackaging is required.

FINAL REFUND DATE: Your return must reach us within 20 days after we send you the Returns Form. No refunds will be issued past that date, or on items which are missing parts, washed, damaged or not in resalable condition. 

NO RETURNS ITEMS: All sales are final on items from the Sale Section, including Open Box items. These items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Sorry, international orders cannot be returned or exchanged. 

How do I prepare an order for return/exchange?

Please securely pack the items you wish to return/exchange, and include the Return Form provided.  Ship items to the address listed below, being sure to black out any old shipping labels and shipping barcodes.

Please ship  via an insured carrier (UPS, USPS or FedEx) and keep your shipment receipt in case the package is damaged or lost.

What if I received something as a gift?

If you received an item as a gift, you will receive a gift certificate for the value of your return which can be used at any time toward a future purchase at gildentree.com. The gift certificate will be mailed to you at the same address to which the order was shipped. (Don't worry - we won't let the gift giver know about your return.)

When should I get my refund?

We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. Your credit card will be refunded within 7 business days of receipt of goods in our warehouse. If you purchased an item for less than the full price, or used a coupon code your refund will be the same amount you originally paid.

When should I receive my exchanged item(s)?

Within 7 business days of receiving your return, we will inspect it and pack up your exchanged items and ship them out as soon as possible. They will be shipped via either UPS Ground or USPS Mail so once it has shipped, you should receive it within 3-6 business days.
