Returns & Exchanges
We hope you will love everything you get from Gilden Tree, but if you would like to return or exchange something, you have 30 days after you receive your order to request a Return Form.
Please email your Order Number and a list the items you’d like to return and/or exchange to customerservice@gildentree.com. Your Return Form will be sent to you by email.
CONDITION: For a full refund, items must be in good condition and resalable.
SHIPPING: You pay to ship your Return/Exchange back to us. Sorry, we do not refund original shipping charges. If you are doing an exchange, there is no charge to ship the replacement item to you.
INSPECTION: All returns are inspected. Items which are damaged and non-resalable may only receive a store credit.
RETURN DEADLINE: Your return must reach us within 20 days after we send you the Returns Form. No refunds will be issued past that date.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS: All sales are final on items from the Sale Section, including Open Box items. These items cannot be returned or exchanged.
International orders cannot be returned or exchanged.
How do I prepare an order for return/exchange?
Please securely pack the items you wish to return/exchange, and include the Return Form provided. Ship items to the address listed below, being sure to black out any old shipping labels and shipping barcodes.

Please ship via an insured carrier (UPS, USPS or FedEx) and keep your shipment receipt in case the package is damaged or lost.
What if I received something as a gift?
If you received an item as a gift, you will receive a gift certificate via email for the value of your return which can be used toward a future purchase at GildenTree.com.
When should I get my refund?
We'll notify you that your order has been refunded via e-mail once we've received and inspected the returned item, usually within 10 business days. Returns will be refunded to the original payment method.
When should I receive my exchanged item(s)?
Within 7 business days of receiving your return, we will inspect it and pack up your exchanged items and ship them out as soon as possible. They will be shipped either UPS Ground or USPS Mail, so once it has shipped, you should receive it within 3-6 business days.
Gilden Tree reserves the right to limit service if customers exhibit excessive return activity.
