International Order FAQs

We are happy to ship orders internationally, but our website cannot accept orders with addresses outside of the United States.

The easiest way to place an international order is to go ahead and fill your shopping cart just as usual and then give us a call at 402-339-8825 or email us at customerservice@gildentree.com to place your actual order. That way you'll have all the information you need to give us right at hand. We will need to know the items you want to order, your shipping address, email address and telephone number. Please do not send your credit card information via email - it's not safe!

There is someone available to take your order Monday-Friday from 8:30 - 4:30 CST (excluding holidays) or by email anytime.

Once we've received your order information, we'll pack your order and calculate the shipping cost. We will then let you know the shipping cost and order total so you can decide if you'd like to proceed with the order or not. At that time we will ask for payment information - you can pay by credit card or we can create an invoice via PayPal and email it to you for payment.

Once payment has been received, we will ship your order. Typical shipping time frame is 6-10 business days as soon as it as shipped. This time frame can vary depending on any delays while at customs clearance.

Clearing Customs:

When importing into your country, you may incur duties or taxes. We are NOT responsible for these duties or taxes, and it is your responsibility to determine and understand these costs when you place your order. If you give a gift, please consider that the recipient may not expect to have to pay for customs brokerage and duties.

Most of our personal care products are made in the United States and are eligible for NAFTA, which means they are duty-free. Our Robes, Towels and Foot scrubbers are made overseas, so you should expect to pay duty on these.

Returns & Exchanges:

Sorry, but once items leave the United States they cannot be returned and/or exchanged. Please contact us before you order with any questions. We'll be happy to measure items, and help in any way we can to make sure you know what you're getting.
