Along with this powerful exfoliant, we use Certified Organic Aloe Vera and Shea Butter for serious moisturizing, and to reduce inflammation and redness.

This cream is especially helpful for managing Keratosis Pilaris, which causes dry rough patches and tiny bumps on arms, thighs and bottom. Helps skin start to look and feel healthier right away!
