Warm Healing Herbal Spa Soak

For those times when body and soul feel just worn and torn - this is one of my favorite soaks!  It's well worth getting these classic healing essential oils.

Tea Tree and Sage Essential oils are known for their antiviral, anti-fungal and antibacterial effects. Peppermint is good for the digestive system, and offers benefits even when used topically.


1/2 cup Epsom salts
2 drops Peppermint Essential Oil
5 drops Tea Tree Oil
5 drops Sage Essential Oil


Fill foot bath with warm water, and add salts and oils. Soak 10 minutes.
For a regular bath, double all ingredients.
