This repeat offender seller is using two of our copyrighted videos without our permission in the UK marketplace. 

1. Included is a screenshot of their listing using our video showing our Terra-Cotta Foot Scrubber compared to a plastic pumi bar. They have removed our captions and used their own. They have also removed the logo at the end of the video.

2. Included is a screenshot of their listing using another of our videos without our permission.  This video features our Terra-Cotta Foot Scrubber showing the benefits and how to use. They have combined it with another of our copyrighted videos showing it compared to other products. They have removed our company name Gilden Tree and replaced it with their own. They have removed the voiceover which was performed by Gilden Tree co-founder/owner Ann Thariani.
