100% Cotton Waffle Weave Bath Towel is incredibly light and absorbent!

Gilden Tree’s Classic Waffle Weave, made from 100% natural cotton, is woven to form cozy little honeycombs when washed. They’re soft, light, absorbent and eco-friendly, drying up to 40% faster than standard towels! Long a European favorite, they were recently recommended in the New York Times. Bath towel is 32" x 62" before washing, and fits a yoga mat well for Hot Yoga. One per pack.

We got these towels for each other for an anniversary present, after using waffle weave towels in Italy (honeymoon) and falling in love with the towels, (we were already in love with each other!)and they have lasted 13 years so far! I plan on ordering more soon. They are SO much more absorbent than the bulky terry cloth towels, and dry quickly too. Beautiful as well.

Perfect for humid weather in Hawaii. Traditional towels don't dry fast enough and get a smell. I've had these towels for months and love them.

They dry quickly and very light weight! I love it and cannot go back to terrycloth. It is hard to keep it stark white after a while, but it still maintaines clean look. More people should discover this towel!

I don't usually write reviews nor do I buy towels 6 times in a year! I have replaced all my towels with the fabulous waffle weave towels. I will never own a Terry cloth towel again. Waffle weave towels are absorbent, soft and wash and dry in no time!

For years I had been searching for waffle weave towels but in this Country they are still rare. I would buy them in Italy. Wonderful products, but very pricey! I was happy to finally find them at Gilden Tree and I've been purchasing them for me and for gifts as they also come in beautiful, reusable boxes. These towels are wonderful because: 1. the quality is great 2) the sizes are generous 4) they dry fast in the dryer 5) they do not stay damp after use and this is important for me as the only ventilation I have in my bathrooms is a fan - no window. Even with windows it would be a problem in Florida because of the humidity. Terry cloth towels remain damp longer and must be changed often and dried in the drier for a long time. I find the waffle towels to be a "green product" for the rasons above. Thanks for offering them. Vilma

Had been buying Gilden Tree waffle weave towels through another site, so was thrilled to discover GT's site and all their other products! These towels are bomb proof--my original 4 are about 5 years old and are still in the daily rotation--very slight wear on the edges, and they keep getting better and better with time. Launder beautifully, have stayed nice and crisp and white--take up very little space in the linen closet, and they dry quickly--no more soggy towels in the hamper! Have purchased more for our vacation home in Tucson. Love my waffle weave robe as well! GT put "customer" in customer service--very pleased with quick shipping (FREE with $75 or more!)and some complimentary beauty items and samples--love my foot polishing stone! Will certainly be back

I purchased waffle weave bath sheets in Tuscany several years ago and until now have been unable to find replacements. Gilden Tree's generously sized bath sheets are fabulous - even better than my original Italian ones!

Wonderful! I looked high and low for these European-style pure cotton waffle-weave bath sheets and finally found them here at a very reasonable price. The workmanship and fabric are excellent, and the bath sheets are very generously sized. They wash and wear wear well, and dry quickly. While they're very absorbent, these are not thick, plush terry or velor towels that stay soggy for hours.They have the natural softness of cotton and a nice, gently scrubby texture. Svelte and luxurious: treat yourself!
