How much does shipping cost?

We now offer flat rate $5.99 SHIPPING on any order, and FREE SHIPPING on orders over $75.00 for shipments going to the contiguous 48 states. 

Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Overseas Military have a flat rate cost of $9.99. (Sorry, free shipping is not available to these locations.)

Can you ship to Canada or another country using this website? 

Sorry, orders to Canada or other countries cannot be processed through this website,  but we'd be happy to process your order manually.   Please contact us at

We'll still honor product discount codes and our gift with purchase, and we'll determine your shipping cost, based on the shipment's weight.  Orders to Canada ship via US Mail.
 
How long will it take to get my order?

Most orders will ship within one business day and arrive within six business days.   If you'd like your order more quickly, please select USPS Priority shipping (2-3 business days) for $9.99. Orders received after 2:00 CST will be shipped the next regular business day. (Sorry, no shipping on weekends or
federal holidays.) We do not offer priority shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Overseas Military at this time.

Orders with Gift-Wrap may require an additional business day to ship.

What should I do if I don't get my order?

For the fastest response, please e-mail customerservice@gildentree.com with your name, order number and the date you placed your order.


Returns


Can I return merchandise?

Yes.  We hope you will love everything you get from Gilden Tree, but if you would like to return something, please contact us within 30 days of order receipt to request a Return Authorization number.

We will provide you with an “RA#” and the last day we will accept your return shipment, which is 15 days from the date we issue the RA#. Items must be unopened and in new condition for a full product refund. If you purchased an item for less than the full price, or using a coupon code your refund will be the same amount you originally paid.  (Sorry, there are no refunds on shipping either way.)

Returning robes, towels, blankets and other textiles?

Please be aware that items must be unused and unwashed for a full refund. You don't want to buy an used item and we can't sell it.  We are unable to offer any refunds on items which have been washed or used.

Returning personal care items such as lotion, cream or balms?

Sorry, but items must be unopened and unused for a product refund.  All personal care items are inspected to be sure they have not been opened or used.  

Returning a personal care or textile kit or giftset?

Please be sure all items in the kit are included in the box, and packed to prevent shipping damage.  Returns of damaged items, or items missing parts or gift packaging will be refused.  


Late returns may be charged a 20% restock fee at our discretion. Sorry, no refunds will be issued for any product returned after 60 days of original receipt. Due to customs restrictions, we cannot accept returns from other countries. 

Finally - all sales are final on items from the Sale & Overstock section.  These items are non-returnable.

What if I received something as a gift?

If you received an item as a gift, you will receive a gift certificate for the value of your return which can be used at any time toward your purchases at gildentree.com.

The gift certificate will be mailed to you at the same address to which the order was shipped. (Don't worry - we won't let the gift giver know about your return.)

How do I start?

E-mail our Customer Service department at customerservice@gildentree.com with the order number from your packing slip. We'll e-mail you back with an RA number, which you must write on the package, and the date we must receive your product for a refund.

Carefully re-pack the product with your packing slip and return it to us through an insured courier (UPS, FedEx or USPS) to the address below within 15 days.

Please be sure to keep your shipment receipt in case the package is damaged or lost.

When should I get my refund?

We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. Your credit card will be refunded within 7 days of receipt of goods in our warehouse.
