| Ingredients: 1/2 cup Baking Soda 2 Tbsp Honey 1/2 Tsp ground Cinnamon 1/4 tsp ground Ginger 1/8 tsp ground Cloves Equipment: Small mixing bowl, fork Instructions: Blend all ingredients well and add to a warm bath. You'll love the spicy warm scent in the bath and on you, and the blend itself is actually good for you - full of natural antibacterial, antiseptic qualities. Substitute salt for the baking soda, and this is a nice scrub that leaves skin smelling a little spicy! Some cultures consider Cinnamon, Ginger and Cloves gentle aphrodisiacs.
