Can you ship my Order to Canada?Yes - we can ship your order to Canada, but our site can't take your order directly.The easiest way to do this is to go ahead and fill your shopping cart just as usual, select your free gift, and then give us a call at 402-339-8825 to place your actual order. That way you'll have all the information you need to give us right at hand. There will be someone available to take your order from 8:30 - 4:30 CST. If you wish you can also send us an email with the items you'd like to order, and your billing and shipping addresses. Please do not send your credit card information via email - it's not safe! Instead, include a telephone number where we can reach you to get that information over the phone. Once we've gotten your order information, we'll pack your order up and ship it via the US Postal Service. Clearing Customs: You will need to clear Canadian Customs yourself. If you give a gift, please consider that the recipient may not expect to have to pay for customs brokerage and duties. Most of our personal care products are made in the United States and are eligible for NAFTA, which means they are duty-free. Our robes, towels and Foot scrubbers are made overseas, and you should expect to pay duty on these. Returns: Returns are more complicated, so please contact us before you order with any questions. We'll be happy to measure items, and answer any other questions you may have. Please bear in mind that the item you've ordered may not be returnable, especially if it's made overseas.
