| | Soak feet in warm water. Apply approximately 1 tsp of Extremely Gentle Cleansing Gel to wash mitt or wash cloth, and gently rub feet and legs. Using terra cotta footscrubber, gently scrub problem areas, such as dry, cracked heels and calluses on the bottom of feet. Rinse and dry feet and legs with a towel. Apply approximately 1 tsp Nourishing Foot Cream, and massage into heels, feet and legs.
