Soak feet in warm water. Apply a little Extremely Gentle Cleansing Gel or shower gel to wash mitt, and gently rub feet and legs. Using terra cotta Footscrubber, gently scrub problem areas, such as dry, cracked heels and calluses on the bottom of feet. Rinse and dry feet and legs with a towel. Apply approximately 1 tsp Soothing Hand and Body Lotion, and massage into heels, feet and legs. Finally, apply a pea-size amount of shea butter balm to help seal in moisture and protect skin.
